It's that time of year again! We will be closed (phone support and shipping dept.) from August 12-15th as we take inventory. It's all hands on deck, therefore phone support will not be available at this time. If you have an issue with an order or a question about a product, please email us or leave us a voicemail and a rep will respond at our first opportunity on Tuesday, August 16th.
During the time, the website will still be accessible and able to take orders. We only make the inventory dates known so that you can plan your shipping method during checkout. It is likely that we will finish early on Monday. If this is the case, all pending orders from late Thursday through the weekend will begin shipping Monday in the order at which they are received.
We strive for the best customer service in the business. A large part of superior service is having a 'true' count of what we have available for purchase. We appreciate your patience during this time!
