Tippmann Phenom Carbon Fiber Barrels Have Arrived!
In Tippmann's continued co-op with Hammerhead Paintball, a new barrel has been released for the Phenom (or any marker that accepts the A5 thread). The new Tippmann 14" Carbon Fiber Phenom Barrel has an aluminum based that's wrapped in carbon fiber to help reduce weight. How much weight? Try about 20% over the average 14" barrel on the market.
In true Hammerhead fashion, the new Phenom Carbon Fiber Barrel incorporates a few standard Hammerhead features. The new Carbon Fiber Barrel accepts all HH fins to change the bore size. By changing the bore size, you are able to match the barrel to different sized paint. This offers better efficiency and accuracy. There is also a forward thread that allows the factory muzzle to screw on and off. It accepts all the muzzles/suppressors produced by Hammerhead/Tippmann.

Spiral rifling helps control spin which allows each shot to resist external factors that alter the flight path. Lapco's MP5 Magazine for 2011 Tippmann A5
The new 2011 Tippmann A5 introduced a few design changes that did not allow many of the popular accessories to bolt onto Tippmann's most popular marker. Magazines and shrouds are two of the areas that have posed problems for new owners looking to add some of the favorite A5 parts available on the market. As the demand for the new A5 increases, manufacturers are beginning to offer compatible accessories for the new 2011 Tippmann A5.
Lapco Paintball is one company who has begun to offer parts specific for the new Tippmann A5. Lapco's 2011 Tippmann A5 MP5 magazine will instantly give any new A5 an MP5 look and feel. The Lapco MP5 Mag will slide onto any new A5, secured with hardware provided by Lapco using the existing holes on the A5. The rear of the mag kit is slotted to allow your stock airline to run through the mag and into the receiver without any modifications.
The new Lapco mag will work on any new Tippmann A5 marker (this includes any marker with serial number 525,000 and above). Tiberius Arms FSR Adjustable Rail
The Tiberius Arms First Strike Rounds are deadly accurate. Ask anyone who's familiar with them and they'll agree, there is just no comparison to the distance and accuracy. Tiberius Arms has added a special adjustable rail to compliment their growing line of FSR (First Strike Ready) upgrades and accessories.
The New Tiberius Arms FSR Adjustable Rail offers a complete tri-mount rail platform. The top rail provides for scope mounting and while the side picatinny rails offer attachment points for other accessories such as a flashlight or laser sight. The unique feature of this rail is that it adjusts a total of 9 degrees allowing you to compensate for ball drop during longer range shooting.
The FSR Rail is standard on the Tiberius T9.1 Sniper model but can be added to any T9.1 or any other paintball gun with available picatinny/weaver space on its receiver. The overall length is 7.25" with a base mount length of 3.25". With the Tiberius Arms FSR Barrel, testing used a 5 degree rail adjustment along with First Strike rounds on a target at a distance of 300 ft. Now that is just plain cool!

Tippmann To Launch New TV Commercial
Tippmann knows that introducing new players to the game of paintball helps to stabilize the sport and ensure its future. Tippmann Sports is launching a new TV commercial campaign that will begin airing April 11 in select cities on certain cable networks.
The new 'Experience Paintball' campaign will give potential players an insider's view of the sport in all its glory. Tippmann has also launched a new website, http://www.trypaintballnow.com/, in association with the new campaign. The new website aims to introduce people to some of the basics of paintball. It also allows them to easily access local field information along with discounts on entry and playing fees.
