Log-in Issues: Currently Being Addressed

We are aware that some customers are unable to access their account even through they are entering the correct log-in information. Our software provider, Volusion, has been made aware of the issue and has acknowledged that it is occurring over 1,000's of their hosted websites.

This error is occurring with Internet Explorer, Chrome and Safari. It does not happen when using the Firefox Browser. If you have Firefox installed on your computer, please use this browser to log into your account for now. Volusion techs are trying to find a fix to the issue which was probably due to a recent update to their platform that conflicted with the 3 browsers.

UPDATE: Login while using all browsers has been corrected and is working fine.
