TechT Paintball Zero Kick ACT Hammer

TechT Paintball has produced some super performance parts for Tippmann owners all over the world. They took the cyclone feed system and made it not only faster but more reliable even at a much lower operating pressure. Their latest product, which is a twist on the wildly popular Zero Kick Hammer, is specially designed for ACT Tippmann owners.


ACT stands for Anti-Chop Technology developed by Tippmann Sports and used in their Tippmann 98 Custom / Pro markers. The ACT helps to virtually eliminate paintball chops from misfeeds in the gun's receiver. The TechT Zero Kick ACT Hammer replaces the much heavier stock hammer. It's almost 60% lighter than stock. Less weight from the rear bolt means less mass moving back and forth, equating to less kick shot to shot. To top it off, it's made specifically to work with the Tippmann ACT system found in the Tippmann 98 Custom, Pro and the Platinum series markers.

Tiberius Arms has released exciting info regarding the production of the new Tiberius Arms T4 First Strike Rifle. Recent sightings at D-Day confirmed that Tiberius Arms was producing a 'First Strike Ready' paintball gun. The demand for the highly anticipated 'First Strike Sniper' Rounds has been extreme, resulting in many woodsballers requesting a First Strike factory gun.


The Tiberius Arms T4 Paintball Gun is straight tactical. It borrows it's body from Tiberius' less lethal line: the product line used by Police and Military forces around the world. The T4 has been modified to accept the new First Strike Sniper Rounds. The Tiberius T-4 comes equipped with 2 - 14rd mags, a 4x32 sniper scope, riser, bi-pod, remote line adapter and tactical stock. Both the T4 and the First Strike Upgrade kits for the T8 and T9 can also shoot standard .68 caliber paintballs. The T4 also comes with guards to protect the unused rail space spanning this gun. Rail space is plenty, accepting any combination of weaver/picatinny based tactical mods.

US Army Alpha Black Cyclone Feed Power Combo

One of the most popular upgrades that people first choose for their Alpha Black Paintball Gun is adding a Tippmann Cyclone Feed System. The Cyclone Feed is made to fit the US Army Alpha and all the recent versions of the 98 style marker (includes ACT, PRO and Platinum models). Tippmann's add-on cyclone feed system is identical to the model used on other Tippmann guns. The cyclone feed system is completely air driven, cycling the inner star chamber by using the exhaust air from the previously fired shot. It's a very smart system and breakdowns are rare but they can occur especially when high sustained rates of fire are achieved.

That's where the TechT Paintball upgrades come into play. TechT makes 4 cyclone feed upgrades that are a must have for any cyclone feed owner. The Vortex Mod replaces the stock ratchet at the base of the cyclone. That stock ratchet is responsible for advancing the loader and can crack over time. The Vortex is light, made of aluminum and designed to function much smoother requiring less air pressure to cycle the cyclone feeder. By far the most popular part added to cyclone feed systems around the world.

The Lightening Rod replaces the plastic composite rod in the kit. It is made of lightweight aluminum and helps bullet proof the cyclone in it's chain of advancing balls into the receiver. TechT's QEPH (Quick Exhaust Piston Housing) helps vent the cyclone feed air faster. This is the equivalent to putting headers on your hotrod. Venting the air faster allows the cyclone to cycle faster and more efficiently. The secret is the QEPH vents at both ends of the piston stroke. Softer contact on the paintball means less breaks to clean up. The results were amazing. Most users reported no breaks even when using old or brittle paint.

New BT Paintball TM-15 TM15 Paintball Gun

A lot of buzz has been created about the newest upcoming woodsball release of the BT TM-15 Paintball Gun. The gun was shown at various events including the recent D-Day 2009 (June 8-14th) causing pics and posts to pop-up in chat rooms and forums anxiously awaiting the arrival of the BT TM-15.


The BT TM-15 differs from its TM-7 counterpart in a number of ways. The TM15 is lightweight but very durable sporting a receiver made of magnesium. There has been a push towards magnesium receivers since the release of the Tippmann X-7 . The material is more heavy duty and offers a more realistic feel than composite plastic receivers and shrouds but still offers a lighter weight compared to other steel and aluminum guns. The most notable difference on the new TM15 is the integrated HK416-style barrel shroud. Lined with tactical rails, it'll allow you to accessorize to the max with add-ons such as front grips, bipods, lasers and flashlights kits. BT even reports that the shroud also aids in quieting shots. The BT TM-15 also allows for easier maintenance with its 'bolt-out-back' design and and easy access battery compartment. The stock offers a slight twist in its design and collapses via a central lever and features multiple access points for sling attachment.

In true 'Mini' design, all air hoses are internal creating a clean, external airline-free look. The firing is controlled via the electropneumatic trigger that's been prefected by both the Invert Mini and the BT TM-7. External firing switch allows for fast on-the-fly firing mode changes to correspond with different engagements during the heat of battle. As always, the ultra-low operating pressure is set at about 200 psi keeping firing smooth and consistent with as little kick as possible. Flip-up sites and a 14" tactical barrel top-off the BT TM-15.

Tippmann A5 MP5SD Aluminum Shroud

One the most recent arrivals to the store includes the new Trinity MP5SD Shroud for the Tippmann A5 and X7. If you're into lightweight aluminum instead of the composite plastic when it comes to adding accessories to your milsim gun, then this shroud is for you. It will give any Tippmann A5 or X7 an instant MP5 submachine gun look.

The Trinty MP5SD Shroud is milled from aluminum giving you a realistic feel and the durability to withstand tough play. The rear of the shroud features an integrated barrel adapter. This adapter replaces the stock part on your Tippmann A5 or Tippmann X7. The beauty of having an integrated barrel adapter is that it gives your barrel something to screw into. This means that the MP5SD Shroud will accept your barrel and hold it in place without the use of set-screws or spacers. This is known as a free floating barrel design. The MP5SD Shroud is about 10" in length. Recommended barrel size for the shroud is 10-12" with an outer diameter of less than 1". The latest buzz is over a new release from Tippmann/US Army Paintball that is supposed to hit the public within the next week or so. The new US Army Project Salvo takes milsim and woodsball play to new levels of realism without costing an arm and a leg. The Project Salvo use a semi-auto Alpha Black as its basis. The list of add-ons and features is a long one. The Salvo includes a very unique AR-15 style stock that not only collapses and extends 6 positions but folds to the side for close quarter battle. It also includes an AR-15 style mag and barrel shroud. The mag doubles as a storage container like other model Alphas. The barrel shroud is ultra cool with 4 built-in picatinny rails for adding accessories like bipods, flashlights and lasers. With the ample rail space the Project Salvo provides, customization possibilities are not only easy by endless.

The AR15 style barrel shroud surrounds an 11", 98-threaded tactical barrel. To top the Project Salvo off, both front and rear peep sights are included.
